HONEY's Kitten Pictures

 Good morning to all.  It got late last night and I just wanted to get one blog done before I retired to sleep.  So today I wanted to make sure Honey's kittens pictures were seen.  Also who adopted each one. (by initials only, of course.)  

This little Cream TabbyW/White wouldn't let me get good facial pictures of him on the little green couch, so I added these so you can actually see his little face.  His one side of his face is a little matted because he was just nursing.  Evidently he is a messy eater.  (Heehee)    He is adopted by K. G.

Our little Classic Brown/Black Torbie (aka Calico) girl is a big girl with big eyes.  And a sweet loving disposition.  She is adopted by R.& K. H.

Our second Cream Tabby is a real charmer.  He is fun and curious. He is adopted by H. J.

This little girl's coloring had me stumped as to what to call it, then I was with Garreth and it dawned on me she has the same colors that Garreth has.  So I looked up his registration forms and what his coloring is called.  It is Blue Tabby Point....so simple.  She will also (probably) have the lynxing (stripes) across her face as she grows up.  She is adopted by J. S.

The Colorpoint boy with the dark ears.  Is a dreamboat and outgoing and will climb up me to pet him when I am sitting on the floor. He stays on me most of the time. His purrs are so sweet.  They ALL purr when I touch them and pet them.  He is adopted by M.P.

The Flamepoint boy.  Has reddish coloring on his ears and tail and will grow up so gorgeous, I have been sent pictures of Flamepoints when their families want me to see how beautiful they are, and the Flamepoints always stand out as astonishingly beautiful in their coloring.  He is adopted by R. K.

    So those are the 6 babies.  Slated to go home November 14th, which is a Wednesday, and most people like a weekend for pick up.  So special arrangements can be made to accommodate that as well.  Just a phone call to discuss it will do. ( or e-mail).

     These guys are ready to start their wet foods now.  I maybe should have started sooner, as I have found one or two eating Mama's dry food!!!  It's fine though because the   "4-Health"  brand I use has an "All Stages" dry food, which is what I use. (Chicken flavor)  Smarty  pants litter.  I have also put down a few small boxes of litter through the room so they can start trying to learn to get litter trained.

ABIGAIL's Kittens go home Oct. 18th

                                                   I call him Licorice, his mom named him Toby. 

Some fun pictures taken recently.  The babies will be ready to go home the weekend of the 18th.  That Friday, or Saturday or Sunday will be fine to take them home.

  In keeping with the Pandemic and distancing recommendations I will have you drive up in the driveway and beep your horn.  I will bring out your contract and paperwork to fill out. Then I will get your baby bring him to your car and pick up the paperwork, take it inside to get copies and get your bag of things for take home.  Then I will go over the health record for your baby and answer any questions.We will both be wearing masks to keep each other safe.Then you can be on your way with practically no contact at all.

     Right now the babies are eating Blue Buffalo Kitten wet food (chicken flavor)  and 4 Health All Stages dry food. ( only available at Tractor Supply Co. )  But if you learn to read the ingredients on the   labels you can find high quality foods in any pet store or quaint little shop you may find locally.  The first 3 to 5 ingredients should be meat, meat broth, ( or fish) and water or broth, then it can go into the ingredients that are good for the gut, blueberries, cranberries, etc. IF peas are part of the ingredients make sure it is further down the list at least 5th or more down, so that it is not depending on peas for the protein, cats are carnivores and need meat protein. 

     Well, I hope everyone is eager for their babies to come home in the next few weeks.  And soon I will get the Vet appointments scheduled for their exam from the Doctor.  It is always SO busy before kittens go home.

HONEY's Kittens at 3 Weeks

 Honey is keeping a tight hold on these 6 babies, she doesn't want them out of the box!  Although she doesn't mind me holding the little ones.  Especially if I feed her treats or nibbles in the box while I am taking pictures of them. (smile)  I have my wily ways with my girls....haha.

HONEY's Babies

 HONEY's babies have their eyes opened now.  And they are 2 weeks old now.  Only 2 are remaining to be adopted and I am trying to reach those on my waiting list.  It is going slowly when ones don't respond one way or the other and I must wait a few days to make sure there is no response, before moving on to the next one on my list.  To those who DID tell me not to wait on them... I thank you.

                         

This Calico girl is getting her eyes more open now.  She is a big girl.  She is ADOPTED.

This Colorpoint boy is doing very well in the open eyed department. (smile)  And he is ADOPTED.

This Cream TabbyW/White  is a boy and I am still calling my waiting list to find him a home.  I still have about 46 on my waiting list.  I am sure it won't be long now. 

this little girl has amazing markings, like little brownish circles on her back.  I have never seen this before.  It is so unusual.  And I find it rather cute.  She is ADOPTED.
